1.2. The management reserves the right to refuse service or deny entry to individuals who violate these terms or behave inappropriately.
1.3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the management.
2.1. A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
2.2. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the event date.
2.3. Cancellation policies apply as outlined during the booking process.
3.1. Decorations and arrangements must be pre-approved by the management to ensure compliance with safety standards.
3.2. Guests are responsible for the conduct of their attendees and any damage caused to the property.
3.3. Events must conclude by the time specified in the booking agreement.
4.1. Ashok Vatika Farms is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4.2. Guests must ensure their safety and comply with safety guidelines provided by the management.
5.1. The management is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
